Get your own class with your own people on your own time. Great for office teams, athletic teams, military training groups, or just a group of buds with common goals. Classes are tailored based on the group’s ask and can be heated or unheated.
Private 1-on-1 Classes
Whether you want a gentle intro, or to elevate your practice to the next level, or something tailored exclusively for your unique body, 1-on-1 sessions led by our highly trained teachers give you more time and customization than you’ll find in a regular group class.

Exchange
More time than money? Consider joining our Energy Exchange Program. We offer free unlimited yoga in exchange for a 3-hour weekly studio cleaning shift. Please only apply if you are able to commit for a minimum of 3 months. Limited positions available, priority given to those in financial need.
