Whether you're brand new to yoga, hot yoga, or simply new to Peak, we're here to make your first visit feel easy, welcoming, and stress-free.
At Peak, you'll find a supportive community, experienced teachers, and a beautiful space designed to help you move, breathe, sweat, and reconnect with yourself. No flexibility requirements, no yoga experience required, and no need to "be in good shape" – whatever that means – before you arrive.

Your First Class
Book Your Spot
Browse our class schedule and reserve your class. Once signed up, you can also use the Mindbody App for future bookings. If you're new to Peak, be sure to take advantage of our Intro Special: 2 Weeks Unlimited for $45.
Arrive Early
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, get settled, ask questions, and meet your teacher.
Please note that we do not allow late arrivals, so give yourself a little extra time for your first visit.
Settle In & Enjoy Your Practice
Upon entering the studio, take a breath. Fill your water bottle. Find a spot in the room. You've made it.
What Should I Bring?

Yoga mat
Water bottle
Small towel
Comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in

Studio Etiquette
Our doors open 20 minutes before class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class 10-15 is ideal.
Check in at the front desk before class.
Leave phones outside the practice room.
Please respect the quiet atmosphere once you enter the studio.

Many of our students started exactly where you are. Beginner-friendly classes are clearly identified on our schedule, and our teachers offer options for all experience levels.

Please do. Resting is part of the practice and you are welcome to do it anytime. We recommend child’s pose or Savasana (corpse pose). If you have questions about the poses, we’re happy to help – just ask your teacher before class!
